While all Stamina-based races work well with the Stamina Templar PVP Build, Orcs, Nords, Dark Elvesd, and Wood Elves all offer some of the best passives depending on your playstyle. Choose a race that best suits your needs:

Orcs offer the best Health sustain and are the only race that increases your Sprint Movement Speed. They also increase your Maximum Health and Stamina by 1,000 and 258 Weapon and Spell Damage.

Nords are the only race with a passive related to building Ultimate, allowing them to do so quickly while taking damage. They also increase your Maximum Health by 1,000, Stamina by 1,500, and Physical and Spell Resistance by 2,600.

Dark Elves are well-rounded and are heavily focused on being on the offensive. They increase your Maximum Magicka and Stamina by 1910, Weapon and Spell Damage by 258, and Flame Resistance by 4,620.

Wood Elves are the only race that increases your Offensive Penetration, something that is incredibly useful for this build. They also increase your Movement Speed by 5%, Maximum Stamina by 2,000, and Stamina Recovery by 258.

STAMINA

The Stamina Templar PVP build utilizes all resource pools constantly. Magicka is used to maintain buffs, healing abilities, and debuff your enemies, while Stamina is primarily used for offensive combat. It’s important to have a Maximum Stamina value that exceeds your Maximum Magicka value to ensure you always restore Stamina when you synergize with Luminous Shards or Energy Orb provided by your support roles.

The ESO Stamina Templar PVP build reaches:
 • 33K+ Maximum Health
 • 20K+ Maximum Stamina
 • 17K+ Maximum Magicka

The above distribution of Attribute Points had the following buffs, passives, etc., active:
 • Nord
 • Orzorga’s Smoked Bear Haunch
 • Legendary Quality Armor Setup
 • Legendary Quality Enchantments
 • The Minor Toughness Buff
 • All Recommended Passives

You may need to adjust your Attribute Points if you use a different race, food, enchantments, quality, etc. Find a balance that best suits your needs.

ARMOR SETUP

The Stamina Templar PVP Build uses all armor types to utilize the Undaunted Mettle passive fully, with a primary focus on Medium Armor for increased Weapon Damage, Critical Damage, Stamina Recovery, and Movement Speed.

CONSUMABLES

FOOD

Orzorga’s Smoked Bear Haunch provides the best stat increases for your Maximum Health, Magicka Recovery, and Stamina Recovery. However, it is relatively expensive because it requires a Perfect Roe to craft.
 • Bonuses:
   • Increase Maximum Health by 4312.
   • Increase Health Recovery by 406.
   • Increase Stamina Recovery by 369.
   • Increase Magicka Recovery by 369.

   • Frost Mirriam (1)
   • Perfect Roe (1)
   • Red Meat (1)
   • Tomato (1)
   • White Cap (1)

Jewels of Misrule provides identical bonuses to Orzorga’s Smoked Bear Haunch, though with slightly lower values, and it costs much less to craft or buy. One massive benefit to using Jewels of Misrule is that it can be used at any level.

 • Ingredients:
   • Torchbug Thorax (1)
   • White Cap (1)
   • Wormwood (1)

CHAMPION POINTS

The Champion Point (CP) system in ESO provides many powerful benefits that allow you to customize and strengthen your build. It is unlocked at Level 50 and maxes out at 3600 points. The CP system has three unique constellations: Craft, Warfare, and Fitness. The Warfare and Fitness constellations each have three subtrees.

 • The Craft constellation focuses on crafting, gold gain, movement speed, stealth, and increasing material yields.
 • The Warfare constellation focuses on increasing damage, healing, and damage mitigation.
 • The Fitness constellation focuses on your core stats, such as Maximum Health, various methods of recovery, and provides many defensive benefits.

TIPS & TRICKS

The Stamina Templar PVP Build does not follow a traditional static rotation, as most PVP builds don’t. Instead, you are primarily on your back bar (buff bar) in a defensive state for most of the fight, maintaining your healing abilities, resource sustain, and buff abilities.

Once you’re ready to go on the offensive, reapply your buffs and switch to your front bar, where most of your damaging abilities are except for Elemental Susceptibility.

It is essential that you understand your build and why you use the recommended armor sets and skills you do. Be sure to read this build guide entirely.
